One of my previous post is about turning a skirt into a kid's sundress. This one is actually the same. But since the skirt is a short one, I would listed it as another way to refashion a mini skirt.
Quite simple but useful. I still have several short skirts from young hood, yes I know I am a old woman with three kids now... So when I get bored I guess I'll start changing them all into something my daughter can wear.
